For this assignment I wasn't sure on what I wanted to take pictures of so I decided to ask my friend Liz if I could take some pictures of her children (geckos, snakes and other lizards). Also one day when I went down to my car there was the moth and I thought this would be a great picture to take. I also wanted to take picture of the one thing I like to take pictures of and thats flowers. So the other day I walked around Middlebury with my younger daughter just finding all the different kinds of flowers I could take.
When taking my pictures I used the macro setting, zoomed in on a couple of them and the ISO was 80. Lots of the time I could just get this close just by using walking up to whatever I was taking a picture of. The only thing that I had to keep changing was the light exposure which I finally figured out how to do.
Great job. I really enjoyed them all the. Snakes are my biggest fear but I love what you did with all reptiles. The photo of the lizard with the cars in the background is my favorite, what a great point of view!
ReplyDeleteYou got some pretty awesome shots here! I can tell you love colors and have a knack for getting them captured in the lens. I liked your reptile pictures a great deal. I am a fan of reptiles myself so it was pretty cool to see that. My favorite has to be the one in the upper right, the sun bathing one. You got the moment just right with that one and the scene behind it makes it better. Makes him (or her) look even more relaxed. Good job :)

ReplyDeleteMade an error so am doing this again. I loved your flower picture, it was beautiful, colorful and well arranged. I thought the hostas was a good contrast with all the range of color of the flowers surrounding it.

ReplyDeleteThe colors in the flower collage are beautiful. Very vibrant. I love the white flower in the center of the middle collage. You did get some awesome photos of those reptiles. A playful and beautiful piece.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful vibrant photos - I really like the flowers only collage and the second with the combo is great also - I like how you tied the colors in - I'm not sure if it was intentional or not but the lizzard (with dots) in the pink cloth pulls from the hot pink flower photo to the left.
